I was initially referred to The Hypno Centre in an attempt to remove myself from a terribly dark space in my life filled with drugs, anger, lost my children and overall laying a stone path to death or jail. 

To begin with I was not at all interested in being "hypnotized" seriously what a joke, I was definitely skeptical. Amazingly after 3 treatments my life just started to form some normality and now it is with a huge thank you I have my children and im still off the drugs. Thank you!!! :)

Self-confidence and self–esteem are key components in fostering a healthy well balanced outlook and extremely important to building a solid foundation to lead a productive life. Working within these areas you can transform your life’s problems remarkably easily; hypnosis and positive suggestion allow the subconscious mind to remove the non-productive aspects of your character and release negative qualities that you get caught up in, patterns of the same thing happening over and over. Or the problem keeps reoccurring because you are not really dealing with it. We could be avoiding it... or we have't a clue how to fix it and have a resistence because of fear of changing "Who will I be once I change that about myself?" The change needs to occur on the sub-conscious level after you consciously chose to make a change.

Or other thoughts engage resistence from thinking and acting positively. You are reinforcing a hypnotic suggestion automatically and it’s of no benefit to your health and well-being. The sub-conscious mind makes no judgement and responds to emotional condtions experienced by the conscious mind and physical body(see, sence, feel, touch). In other words, it creates exactly what you are telling it.

The experience of hypnosis is one of focused attention and in many cases deep relaxation. Hypnosis is setting aside the conscious mind to deal directly with the sub-conscious. It is not sleep.
