Sufferers from hypotension and high blood pressure disorders have surprised their doctors as their mind-body system balances automatically during trance.
It’s scientifically proven that there is a very strong and effectual connection between the mind and the body. Also an excessive accumulation of day to day stress is the primary cause for many of today’s physical and mental illness; Disorder is the norm.

A hypnotic trance can ‘wipe the slate clean’ and is highly effective solution to stress related problems by releasing accumulated physical mental and emotional tension from the nervous systems in the mind and the body.

Hypnosis is not about authorative mind control or emotional regression it’s about subconscious perception enabling a conscious alteration of habitual negative beliefs.

Hypnosis employs the use of verbal suggestion of relaxation and guided visual imagery within a therapeutic situation.

Nobody will go any deeper into trance than they allow themselves to go, and hypnotized individuals will not respond willingly to perform any act or do anything, that they would usually find offensive or incompatible with/to their moral awake conscious state. Or place you in a dangerous situation.

The Hypno Centre helps you select relevant goals, commit to the achievement of the goals, and carry out posthypnotic suggestions. A posthypnotic suggestion is made while you are hypnotised. After hypnosis you consciously incorporate the suggestion into everyday life to achieve a specific goal such as becoming a non-smoker or overcoming fear of speaking in front of an audience.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic tool, and The Hypno Centre is a facilitator of behaviour change. For many of the desired goals such as self-confidence and curbing unwanted habits, The Hypno Centre works with you to provide a means of behavioural change.

The Hypno Centre combine hypnosis with relaxation techniques, affirmations, guided imagery, reframing and goal-setting techniques. This brings about a profoundly relaxed and calm effect felt for some time afterwards your appointment.

Hypnotherapy is based on the theory of the mind-body connection, which means that accessing the subconscious can affect change in the body. When used in hypnotherapy, hypnosis can enhance one’s own healing potential. Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis in a therapeutic setting to help achieve specific, achievable short-term goals; this instils the confidence to work with your long term goals.
